FROM THE GROUND UP

What’s growing
at the Briar Patch.

We’re building the farm season by season, with room for fresh flowers, good food, and the trees that will feed the years ahead.

for your table.

Zinnias, sunflowers, dahlias, and wildflowers bring color to the farm through the growing season.

03 / FRUIT & BERRIES

Small beginnings.
Future harvests.

Our young apple, peach, and plum orchard is taking root alongside berries, with hazelnut hedges in the plans.

An orchard in the making

Four generations.
One place to call home.

Beaman’s Briar Patch is our family’s growing farm in Taylor, Wisconsin. Our roots on this land span four generations. We’re the third generation to call it home, and our daughters are the fourth. The orchard and specialty crops are a new chapter in a family story that began long before us.

“An Understory Farm” is the idea at the heart of it all: growing good things alongside the landscape that’s already here. Some crops reward us in a season. Others ask us to think in years. We’re planting with the next generation in mind.
